Family Woodland Adventure - follow a map to explore the woods and take part in fun activities along the way.

We want parents and carers to feel supported in enabling their kids to use the outdoors, whether they are babies in a pram, kids on bikes or in a wheelchair, reluctant walkers or intrepid teenagers. We also know the importance of exercise and fresh air for the physical and mental wellbeing of parents and carers.

Additional Information and age : Activities are aimed to suit ages 3 to 11, but all ages will have some fun! All children under 16 years MUST be accompanied by a parent/carer
